Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final Due to the digital nature of our products (Instant Digital Downloads), ZEMTime does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the files have been purchased and the download link has been accessed. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be returned.

Exceptions We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. We may offer a replacement or resolution under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital listing twice.

• Corrupted File: If the file you downloaded is damaged or technically unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
